Shipping Info & Policies

All items are sent in a box with packing for their own protection.

The puffs I use are biodegradable.

please email me before you buy an item so that I can clear up any questions you may have

I ship all items via USPS Priority Mail.

All US.Packages usually arrive in 3-5 business days barring weather/Covid interfering with US mail. I will email Tracking information to customers on the evening of mailing package. 

All US orders are FREE Shipping.

*All international  Customers will have their packages sent via USPS priority Mail with Tracking info emailed to them.

It normally takes 6-10 business days Barring weather, Customs, Covid-

 I have no control over these issues. 

All international orders are $26.00. (This is equal to free shipping for US customers, as international shipping costs be more than $26.00).

ALL INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VAT, TARIFFS, TAXES  AND FEES  THAT CUSTOMS OR THEIR COUNTRIES ASSESS ON ITEMS BOUGHT. CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THESES CHARGES, SELLER HAS NO CONTROL OVER THEM, AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SAID CHARGES.

 *Once I ship buyer's purchase, IF buyer does not accept package due to duties and fees imposed from their country beyond my control, and it is sent back to me, I will not refund shipping cost and any charges beyond that will be taken out of refund to cover my expenses.

Please make sure mailing address is correct and include alternate email or Phone # for the mailing service in your area to contact you if need be.

International Buyers can expect a shipping time frame (usually @ 6-10 business days)- barring unforeseen circumstances out of my control ( weather and Customs). 

Customs can slow things down beyond my control.

*International buyers are responsible for any and all duties or fees if any upon receipt . Duties and VATS are fees and taxes that countries can impose on any item(s) that come from outside their country. It is their way of making sure that jobs and goods stay in their home area, their country. These charges can be 7-15%, some times even more. I have no control over this and it is difficult to anticipate.

* PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR COUNTRY'S IMPORT POLICIES BEFORE BUYING.

If your package is sent back to me because you do not want to pay duties or fees imposed by your country, I will not refund shipping cost, and any charges or fees that are unpaid due to your refusal of receiving package that I now have incurred from your refusal of package sent to you. If after that, if any money is left over, the balance remaining will be refunded, and only when there is any balance remaining.

***To save on shipping and possible duties and fees internationally, go in with a loved one or a friend and share shipping expenses. Have one person make the order and figure out between yourselves the where, when and how to split the costs.

ALL PIECES MUST BE  BRAND NEW, UNWORN, WITHOUT WEAR, TEAR, DIRT, OILS OR PERFUME.

Priority Shipping COSTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.  

 I do stand behind my work. If you have any concerns or issues, please contact me. If you are happy, I'm happy. I will accept returns on all pieces within 7 days of receipt.

Customers living in the EU have 14 days from the receipt of item(s) to return item(s). This is in consideration of shipping time needed. Return shipping will not be refunded.

Once I have the item and see that it has no wear,in new condition, Refund will be given.

PLEASE SEE SIZE MEASUREMENTS IN ITEM DESCRIPTION. IF A PIECE IS TOO SMALL FOR YOU- CONTACT ME FIRST BEFORE YOU BUY IT- SO I CAN MAKE A CUSTOM PIECE FOR YOUR SIZE. Thank you!

Payment

I would like to have payment at the time of sale. I will hold items for 7 days from the date of sale. If I do not receive payment, the item will be relisted for sale.

I do understand hardships, And I am willing to do lay a way with half down at time of purchase and the remaining balance to be received with in a month from the time of purchase, if at the end of a month from time of purchase date, the second payment has not be met, a refund will be issued for the initial payment and item will be re-listed.

Nevada residents - There will be a 8.265 % tax on purchases, this will happen on your PayPal, Stripe or Apple Pay payment.

Everything I make is from my heart. I'm passionate about giving back to charities.

I don't inflate my prices to allow for giving to charities. When I sell an item, The prices are to cover my costs for making that item and what most sellers put in their pockets, I take and give to charities. For this reason, I don't do trades. If I trade an item for some one else's items, there is no ability to give back to charity in that transaction. It would be for personal gain only and that is not why I'm here.

If cost is an issue, I can work with you on payment plans. No worries.

I understand. If we do a payment plan, I expect an end date on final payment.

If at the end of the agreed final payment date has come, and payment is not completed, you will be refunded money paid and the item will be re-listed for sale.
